Terms and Conditions for #TopofWallet Giveaway

Eligibility:
The Stanbic IBTC Top of wallet giveaway (the “Contest”) is only open to participants with valid Instagram, Twitter, BBM or Facebook accounts (“Participants” or “you” or “your”) who, if selected as winners, are able to receive their prizes within the regions which Stanbic IBTC branches are located. Employees of Stanbic IBTC Bank (“Stanbic IBTC Bank” or “us”) as well as immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

Sponsor:
The Contest is sponsored by Stanbic IBTC Bank (the “Sponsor”), whose head office is located at The IBTC Place, Walter Carrington Crescent, Victoria Island, Lagos State, Nigeria. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, BBM and/or any other social media website or platform on which it may appear. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest should be directed to the Sponsor.

Agreement to Official Rules:
By entering the Contest, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, (a) these Official Rules (as may be amended, supplemented or novated) and (b) the Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Contest, which are final and binding on all Participants. Winning a prize is contingent upon each participant meeting all the eligibility criteria, fulfilling all the requirements and complying with all the conditions set forth herein and as may be determined by the Sponsor from time to time.

How to Enter:
a) Follow us on BBM, Instagram, Twitter, and/or Facebook
b) Answer competition questions relating to Stanbic IBTC card usage daily, using the hashtag #TopofWallet and tagging/mentioning @StanbicIBTC.
c) Only nominations received within 24 hours will be eligible. The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.

Selection:
Winners will be selected at random.

Shortlisting:
The sponsor reserves the right to shortlist entries at its sole discretion. Entries will not be shortlisted or may be disqualified if they:
 – Advertise other brands prominently
 – Showcase profanity or nudity 
 – Are not the contestant’s original creation
 – Contravene any of the other Terms and Conditions displayed above.
